Cedar Rapids physical therapist Suzi Cooper assisting patience with PT exercise

Yoga-inspired Physical Therapy

Suzi provides personalized, expert physical therapy that integrates yoga’s traditions of body awareness, posture, breathing and movement into your treatment plan, for more effective pain relief and lasting results — and ultimately, more vibrant health.

Rather than showing up to a crowded clinic, you’ll meet 1-on-1 with Suzi in her private office. She’ll get to know you as a person: listening to you carefully, and providing holistic care that takes your mental, physical and emotional health into consideration. She truly treats the ‘whole person,’ and not just your shoulder or knee.

You’ll receive personalized yoga poses and exercises to do at home, along with nutrition and lifestyle guidance that will ensure your recovery and healing.

1-on-1 Health Coaching

If you’re looking to transform your life, get healthier, eliminate pain and improve your nutrition, and you want expert guidance along the way, our 12-week health coaching program is for you.

In this super-personalized, one-on-one coaching program, we go deep. Together, we’ll choose one of two tracks: either chronic pain, or chronic fatigue/energy support. In both tracks, we’ll identify the deepest roots of your pain or fatigue, and incorporate breathing exercises, yoga, meditation, gut health, nutrition, emotional health and lifestyle supports. The chronic pain track will add an additional focus on soft tissue work and manual manipulation to address the physical root of your pain.

You’ll meet with Suzi one-on-one in her office once a week for six weeks, and once every other week for six weeks for a total of nine appointments over 12 weeks.

1-on-1 Health Coaching investment:
